As 4K broadcast technologies such as NHK’s BS4K channel, SKY PerfecTV’s CS4K channel and others become more popular day by day, the demand for 4K capture devices that can record 4K Blu-rays from these broadcasters is becoming more and more popular.

There’s also a rapidly increasing demand for 4K BDAV backup software that can create backup copies of these recorded 4K Blu-ray discs. DVDFab 4K Recorder Copy helps customers decrypt 4K BDAV Blu-ray discs and then copy them in Clone, Full Movie, or Main Movie Copy modes.

Supports 4K BDAV discs manufactured by well-known 4K recorder manufacturers

Unlike other commercial 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Discs, which are based on standard specifications, the specifications of recorded 4K Blu-ray Discs depend on the manufacturer’s 4K capture device. Each has its own standard, which may differ slightly from others.

But users of DVDFab 4K Recorder Copy don’t have to worry about these specifications as this 4K BDAV copy software supports all of them, including the m2ts format of Sharp devices, the mmts format of Panasonic devices and more.

Clones 4K BDAV discs losslessly

DVDFab 4K Recorder Copy allows users to losslessly clone recorded 4K BDAV Blu-rays, either directly to a blank Blu-ray disc or to computer HDDs as ISO files. It also offers two backup modes, Full Movie and Main Movie, with compression, and a BDMV conversion feature is already in the works for a future update.

Playback compatible with well-known 4K recording devices

If you want to burn the output to a blank Blu-ray disc, the resulting 4K disc can be played normally on the original 4K recorder/capture device, regardless of the manufacturer.

If you want to save the output to a computer HDD as an ISO file or BDAV folder, the backup can be played on third-party BDAV media players like DVDFab Player 6.

DVDFab 4K Recorder Copy can copy 4K Blu-rays recorded on 4K channels to blank BD discs, computer HDDs as ISO image files or 4K BDAV folders.

Step 1

After downloading and installing DVDFab 12 on your computer, double-click the desktop shortcut to launch it.

Step 2

Go to the “Copy” section and select a copy module. Then insert the recorded 4K Blu-ray into the UHD drive.

Step 3

Select the output directory under the “Destination” section and then click “Start” to begin the backup process.
