Download and install the 64-bit version of DVDFab 13
Only the 64-bit version of DVDFab 13 includes the UHD Creator module, so make sure you download and install the correct version

Launch DVDFab 13 and go to the UHD Creator module
Launch DVDFab 13 and go to UHD Creator. Use drag and drop to add the desired video with or without HDR10/Dolby Vision content to the main interface.
