Processing large amounts of media files can be very tiring. But not with this Mac Blu-ray Player. When you create your own media library, DVDFab Player, similar to Movie Server, gathers posters from all your media files (including Japanese adult DVDs) from the Internet, downloads them, and groups them by type. What you’ll see is a compact and well-organized poster board. Click on each poster to go to the detailed media page, where you’ll find all the metadata information about the movie/TV show in one place.
Menu Playback on DVDs, Easy Playback on (4K) Blu-rays
Navigation menus are an important part of a premium media experience and premium playback control. DVD Fab Player 6 for Mac offers navigation menu playback support on both original DVD discs and ripped ISO image files or folders. For Blu-rays and next-gen 4K Ultra Blu-rays, only the Simple Playback mode is currently available. Menu playback support for DVDFab Player Ultra is currently a work in progress.

The basis of this Blu-ray Player Mac software is the playback features of the 6th generation 4K Player Mac software and its ability to play all media formats including MP4, MKV, MOV, VOB, M2TS etc., regardless of codecs, H.264, H.265 (HEVC), WMV, etc., and resolutions from 720p, 1080p, up to 4K UHD and more.
Imports DVD & Blu-ray Discs into local media libraries as ISO files
As your movie and TV show collection grows daily, you’ll probably want to add them to your local media library from time to time. Don’t worry! The Disc Import feature in this Mac Blu-ray player is perfect for this. With just one click, you can import your DVD or Blu-ray disc from the optical drive to your local media library, where it will be saved as an ISO file.
PC mode for small screens, TV mode for large screens
DVDFab Player 6 for Mac features two playback modes with distinctive UI designs. The PC mode of this Mac Blu-ray player is optimized for a truly immersive playback experience on computer screens, while the TV mode of this DVDFab Player Ultra is designed to deliver a cinematic audiovisual experience on your big screen TV.
Instructions
Step 1
Launch DVDFab Player 6 for Mac and select a playback mode.
Launch DVDFab Player 6 for Mac and select PC mode or TV mode on the home screen.
Step 2
Load the source you want to view.
If you select PC mode, you can insert a movie disc into your optical drive to play it; drag a media file onto the interface; browse for media files on your computer’s hard drive; or create your own media library to watch and manage.
If you select TV mode, select the disc from the optical drive or your computer’s hard drive to watch.
Step 3
Have fun playing
During playback, you can select the audio track or subtitles and adjust the playback speed to your liking.
